Exactly 4 weeks and counting. There are still many details and yet I am not feeling overly stressed, I am excited and delighted with these tasks. I love the sweetness of the detail, the color, the flowers, the small touches.

Yesterday Steven said, 'we should have waited longer so you could think up more creative ideas!' It's true, I live for creativity, it fills me with joy. I'm reading a book about the woman, Clara Driscol, who was the right hand to Louis Comfort Tiffany (of the stained glass world) she catches fire over the colors of glass...I can so relate!

BTW, if you are just now receiving another email from the registry it is because several people asked and so I resent it.

Can't wait to see you on June 2

lots of love,

Dasi

We are so excited! I had no idea how much fun this could be. The planning is happening pieces are falling into place; people are making reservations...napkins! Ah, the timing, the music...the motivation to merge...it is all so wonderful!

If you are coming to the wedding and think you may want to stay overnight rather than travel back down the mountain that evening. I can recommend two hotels in Idaho Springs. The Columbine is simple and inexpensive and there is also a B&B called Miner's Pick that looks sweet. I will be visiting them next week and will report back to you on what I find.

Those of you traveling to the wedding may wonder where the heck is Dumont, well just past Idaho Springs you'll want to stop blinking...just in case. Take exit #235 and drive slowly past the few buildings in Dumont then turn right on the County Road (Mill Creek Rd.), you'll see the post office on your left. Just follow the road to #863 and look for our sign and balloons.
